No. You get a shop page with your address, photos, services, prices, team, opening hours and available times, easy to find on Google. If you already have a website, just link to the shop page from there.
Nothing extra when paid on site in cash or with your own card terminal. If you take a card at the appointment (Tap to Pay in the TERme Business app on Android), TERme keeps 2.4% + €0.20: 1.4% + €0.20 is Stripe's cost, 1% goes to TERme. For online payments it's 2.5% + €0.25: 1.5% + €0.25 Stripe's card fee, 1% for TERme. If a payment is refunded later, the fee stays, because Stripe doesn't return its fee either. There is no commission for new customers.
Online and card payments are paid out automatically, at the earliest 72 hours after the appointment and collected once a day. That way the money is still there if someone uses their right of withdrawal.
Customers can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours ahead. For later cancellations, or if someone doesn't show up, 50% of the amount paid online stays with you.
Yes. Team members start on their own day view with their appointments and their profile. Location managers run their location, and as the owner you keep an eye on everything.
Your data is stored on servers in the EU, with a data processing agreement. Marketing emails go only to people who have explicitly agreed, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
